When do points become available?
A new customer must join Rewards through your code before purchasing and make their first eligible subscription purchase within 30 days. At least US$29 must be paid after discounts, excluding tax. Points remain pending for at least 30 days while payment and customer history are checked. Delayed checks or a review may take longer.
Who can earn and redeem?
Verified free and paid users can participate. Use the same email in Rewards, the app and checkout. A book reward is for one book, not an ongoing paid subscription. Sign in to the app before selecting the account that will receive your credit. Points do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
What makes a referral ineligible?
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, previous customers, test purchases, refunded purchases and manipulated invitations do not qualify. Partial refunds invalidate the award too. Referrals are single-level: you earn only for people you directly introduce. Shared networks alone do not disqualify a referral.
What happens after a refund?
Related points are reversed. Already-spent points may create a balance to offset future earnings. Existing manuscripts remain yours; we do not charge your card to recover points. Suspected abuse can pause redemption while we review it.
