Open a memory and choose “Include in my book.” Then sync and open My Journal → My Book in The Scribe on your Mac.
You review the selection before book creation. Generating a book uses your existing plan allowance.

Choose your time, then add a daily reminder to your phone’s calendar.
Confirm the recurring event and its alert in your calendar. To change or stop it, edit that calendar event. The companion does not send background alarms.
Keep your devices together.
Sync uploads your journal text and audio to your Scribe account. Your Mac transcribes phone recordings while My Journal is open. Turning sync off keeps existing server copies.
