Delete your Scribe account
You can request deletion without installing the app or holding a paid subscription. Sign in with the email for the Scribe account you want removed, then review and confirm the request.

The Scribe team manually removes your account and associated cloud journal text, recordings, manuscripts, profile and support messages within 30 days. The request includes a private receipt so you can check completion after the account is removed.
Export any files you want to keep first. Copies saved on your devices stay there; sign out and turn off sync on those devices. Subscription expiry alone does not delete your saved work.
Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions. Cancel with Apple, Google Play, or the website billing portal where you subscribed. An active subscription does not prevent a deletion request.
Limited transaction, fraud-prevention and legally required records may be retained. See our Privacy policy. No phone call or support message is required to submit a request.
